As stated in our Family Handbooks, one of the key ways that we fulfill our mission to cultivate the minds and hearts of our students through the pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty is to hire “dedicated, enthusiastic, and intellectually excellent teachers who serve as models of learning and of character.” Our teachers are the most important daily leaders and shapers of intellectual and moral culture on campus.
